Role Overview:
As an Insurance Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales, achieving production targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Your ambition, strategic thinking, and dedication to excellence will be key to your success and our collective achievement.
As an Insurance Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales, achieving production targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Your ambition, strategic thinking, and dedication to excellence will be key to your success and our collective achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Drive new business acquisition through proactive sales efforts, strategic marketing, and effective lead generation.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new prospective customers with a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, pricing, and presenting recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: New York State Property and Casualty and Life/Health Licenses required.
- Sales Background: Experience in sales (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated capability to achieve and surpass marketing and sales goals.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs with tailored solutions.
